1409109 2015-09-28 17:55:00 Ever since upgrading to Win 10 my Outlook downloads all of my messages from Gmail yet gets tuck in a loop trying to download the last 20KB.

Yet the emails have fully downloaded, I can read them and delete them but it keeps saying receiving email, there is no further emails to download, no attachments either.

Google hasn't been of any use so far and if I close Outlook the service keeps running in the background and I can't restart it without going into task manager and killing its service there.

Running Win10 64bit home, office professional 07 and Nod32 AV only.

This didn't happen in Win7 and I can't afford to upgrade office its not a major but is very annoying.

1409110 2015-09-28 19:52:00 I don't know if this will work for you but yesterday I resolved a problem with Outlook on Office 2007 using Win10 that I had. I could receive emails but I could not send them.

After and hour with Vodafone they suggested from their manuals that I should use a command prompt as Administrator and the type in sfc /scannow. The scan ran for about 20 - 30 minutes. It found a corrupt program which it fixed and my problem went away, yeah! The Vodafone helper (in the Philippines) said that with Win10 they had had several similar problems. Now I don't know if my solution will work for you, I would hope that it would.

1409111 2015-09-28 21:09:00 That is a known fix for your issue unfortunately not for mine gary67 (56)
1409112 2015-09-29 05:59:00 Tonight I opened Outlook and let it download all my emails before opening Firefox, that seemed to help, won't know for a day or so though. gary67 (56)
1409113 2015-09-30 06:41:00 So long as I open outlook first and let it download the emails before opening firefox the fault doesn't happen, its only on that initial download that the issue occurs weird. I can live with that. gary67 (56)
