2015-05-16 22:35:00 | Fridge light bulb died the other day. Replaced it, all seemed OK. Last night I noticed the light was flickering. Removed and re-fitted bulb, no change. Can hear arcing coming from the door switch. Repeated applications of a spoon did not fix it... :p OK, so I lied, I know what the problem is - the switch is probably on its way out. The fridge is a F&P something or other, but I can't tell you the model number since that part of the sticker has conveniently worn off... Anyone know how easy it would be to get a new switch?

This alternative is quite energy efficient one would imagine. When the candle uses all the available O2 in the fridge, it would then self-extinguish thereby saving on resources - both O2 and candles |

2015-05-17 02:18:00 | But will the fridge take off from an endless conveyer belt travelling at exactly the same speed as the fridge? Only if the wind direction is the same for both and the helix angle on the periphery is no more than10º Please feel free to correct me if you disagree Richard Ken

2015-05-17 03:11:00 | Ken, I am sure we would need to repine the gringles first to counter the coriolis caused by the helix. | Richard (739) | |
2015-05-17 04:19:00 | I take it it's a screw in bulb? Is the thread on the bulb the same length as the old one? Sounds like it's not making good contact in the socket to me. | Alex B (15479) | |
