Indeed, and in fact its how they're doing the deployment for most of the country.

That was always the excuse we had thrown at us - even though the cable goes right across our suburb's one and only entrance :(

Consistently 38 down and 10 up (only a couple of hundred meters from the cabinet.

I'm on the cheapest BB plan they have because I'm effectively unmetered, being a TiVo customer...
