1401211 2015-05-23 20:21:00 The ones shown in the link are 57mm diameter x 65mm high at the lowest point.
As they are a commercial item my local supermarkets don't stock them.
.

Why the need for them to be "special"?
Pak N Save have fairly big ones....why are they no good?

1401212 2015-05-23 23:58:00 Thanks for that.
Have sent emails to Moore Wilson & Confoil.

I have used the large crinkled edge ones but prefer the tulip shape.

1401213 2015-05-24 00:37:00 Good on you for trying something different.

I gave up baking when I was about eight. Come from a long line of bakers' and butchers' and when Grandfather died in 1941 father and Aunt did not want to take on the business.

1401214 2015-05-24 03:23:00 I have also had problem buying the large crinkle cups from the supermarket. I now make my own from baking paper but don't waste any when I make them. I make squares which are half the width of the paper so there is no wastage and they are just the right size. user (1404)

1401216 2015-05-24 04:16:00 I will ask next time I am at The Gourmet Trader/Culinary Council. I tried making my own from baking paper. At the time I didn't know about the method of shaping them over a can and just pushed squares of paper into the muffin pans before adding the batter. They were edible but didn't look very professional. Marnie (4574)

1401218 2015-05-24 06:51:00 Showing your age there Cic. Personally I thought muffin cups were those bulges of flesh that show over the waist of tight pants when they are worn by people that don't suit them... John H (8)
1401219 2015-05-24 06:55:00 Don't spoil your muffins, make them drink from a bowl like the cats & dogs have to. Cups are for people (and bits of people). R2x1 (4628)

Not sure if it's nice to bring Jen into it!
