504570 2006-12-06 05:10:00 Hi there

This website www.cyclingotago.co.nz contains the BrownAvanti image that started off nice, clean in its original large size, but when I reduce its image size to 79 pixel height, it gets badly effected with pixelization.

Any ideas how I can get a nice clean image without the horrible blocks of colour?

Thanks.............John in Mosgiel

504571 2006-12-06 05:22:00 John how are you resizing the image? Are you using an image editing program to resize them? Or are you using your html editor to resize that image? stu161204 (123)
504572 2006-12-06 07:54:00 Hi again

there is your problem, try it with out maintaining aspect ratio, if you still don’t have any luck check your PM's for my e-mail address & e-mail me the original large size image & I will resize it for you :)

504574 2006-12-06 19:04:00 Thats an interesting problem. I wonder if its something to do with the color. Try using the color replace tool and replace the color with a websafe type blues, only a slight difference, then resize it netchicken (4843)

Is that the banner ad across the top? Was it larger once? I see it as 77 pixels high at the moment and it is already pixelated. The addresses and phone number unreadable.
