| 504175 | 2006-12-04 10:25:00 | I have a windows XP profession which gave me a prblem. I deleted all the file and re installed the It and now the DVD cannot play.It says reduce the colours. I reduced colour quality to 16 bits and the resolution to 800 by 600 pixels. It failed. I changed these parameters to 640 by 480 and colour quality to 16 bit then restarted my computer and at windows xp profession screen it started searching and then the screen went blank. when I switch it on again the same thing happens. How can I restore the screen? Please help. fkapepa |
