Well, first-hand experience... x64 Vista with my Ti 4200 = bad news...

Currently looking to alternate hacked-up community drivers to see if they'll work. Vista just doesnt wanna know about my Ti 4200 :(

504795 2006-12-17 23:30:00 You're going to throw out a perfectly good PC just because the graphics is playing up and you're not going to bother trying to fix it? :illogical

Must have plenty of dosh to burn like someone else around here.

Hahahaha......no Foxy....tempting...but alas I need it.

I should probably give it to Beetle to "fix" aye

504796 2006-12-18 06:33:00 Digital Rights Management limits how many times you can make copies of a file (such as purchased music file from and online store) or Operating System. It is currently used widely for online music stores on both wma and aac files. Microsoft is also using VERY restrictive DRM on the up and coming VISTA. winmacguy (3367)
504797 2006-12-18 11:12:00 What DRM is this? Chilling_Silence (9)
504798 2006-12-19 04:11:00 What DRM is this?

Last time I checked the DRM on Vista was fairly restrictive but MS may have "adjusted" it a bit.

504799 2006-12-19 09:58:00 The UAC is restrictive.. I know that you have to download Windows Live Messenger as an optional extra.. WMP11 is the same as on XP... nothing else really, except for the updates they're doing around the product activation really :) Chilling_Silence (9)
