| 507338 | 2006-12-17 21:12:00 | Its most probably creating errors, coz of all the trojans etc you deleted / fixed on it. Just found out u type mplayer2.exe under start/run, you get WMP 6.4. I would also use Spybot and get the detection updates and do another scan. And remove anything it picks up. |

| 507340 | 2007-01-25 22:37:00 | Howdy Just an update ;) I found that you can do it quite easily. I downloaded the appropiate file from the MS site to make boot floppies (in this case the 6 disks for winxp home with SP2), inserted the winxp disk into the external cdrom and rebooted the laptop, ensuring it was set to boot up from the floppy drive first. After inserting each floppy in turn (at the prompt) the winxp installer started automatically from the external cdrom. Easy ;) Cheers Ravage |
