PLUS transfer 7600GT and HDD from old rig.

Questions:
1) What are your initial thoughts on the new SLI-ready rig on a budget?
2) Can I easily get the old HDD to run as master on the new rig?
2b) Ideally, OS will be run off the new HDD; is there any way to do the switch without physically re-installing? I suppose HDD cloning breaches my EULA. In that case, a wait for a stable Vista should be in order.
2c) I have XTRA's security suite for the current rig. Can this be easily switched to the new?
3) 12V rails on the 520W PSU are 20A and 17A. I've heard 30A minimum to run two 7600GTs in SLI. Should I be happy?
4) How quickly will the Core 2 Duo E6300 become yesterday's technology?

509206 2006-12-24 11:46:00 I've heard 2X 7600GTs in SLi can be very good, up to the performance to a 7900GT if I remember correctly. However, maybe it's best if you could try to sell off your current 7600GT and buy a new 7900GT.

As for the PSU - I think it would be fine for 2X 7600GTs.
