Yes, overclocking involves playing with the FSB, (raising it (this also increases the RAM speed and infact everything else, so you will need to watch out else you can get data corruption)) and yes, you can play with the voltage sliders, you raise the voltage to the chip when you have raised the FSB so much that the chip is not stable and crashes, it is best to use stability tests like Prime 95, Memtest 86 and CPU Burn In to make sure it is stable. but A_WORD_OF_CAUTION_RAISING_THE_VOLTAGE_INCREASES_TE MPS_AND_CAN_DAMAGE_THE_CHIP_IF_YOU_GIVE_IT_TOO_MUC H_VOLTAGE But unless you do a lot of CPU intenstive tasks, it is not really worth it... As shown earlier the older Palmino cores ran at quite high voltages and thus high temps. You spec print out shows your CPU running at 2.3GHz, so unless your overclocking (which wouldn't make sense either) there are only 2 CPU's that could be either a 2800+ or the very very rare 3300+, and it both cases that vcore is very high.
