| 1410636 | 2015-10-31 08:33:00 | Close your browser and it might be able to proceed. Make sure it's fully closed, and not in a semi loaded state in the taskbar. Also, go into Task Manager and axe any processes / plugins that seem to be related to Flash, then try your upgrade. |
