| 1410598 | 2015-10-29 04:39:00 | Hi All. So I changed from one to t'other. I think that not everything migrated. In particular a picture of me in my teens. Is it likely to be anywhere else in this laptop except in My Pictures? Thanks. PJ |

BUT you HAVE to do it BEFORE W10 has been installed for a month - after 1 Month W10 automatically deletes the Windows.old folder, and you cant roll back to the previous version either with a fresh install of that version. |

| 1410602 | 2015-10-29 17:20:00 | Was the pic in a format other than your other pics?,something that windows 10 does not recognize It appears as something else and when clicked says "choose a app or does not have a app to open" |

| 1410604 | 2015-10-30 05:31:00 | It probably appears in another format somewhere else Should have saved an image of your system within that 1 Month grace period before Windows old is deleted so for some reason you want to go back just reload that particular image Got my windows Old back by default as I had not backed up with a image for 45 Days, system fell over could not repair and was given the option of starting from scratch or reloading a backup image All folders were saved to another drive so nothing lost |
