Every time I hear "I used to work in IT 10 years ago" I know that person is going to be a problem , and are so out of touch with basic stuff its not funny. No excuses for not knowing the basics if charging for your work though . Perhaps she simply doesnt have a fault finding mindset ? |

She became unemployed just a few months ago. Hell, I've been out of it longer than her...........haven't forgotten my stuff yet. |
