| 512783 | 2007-01-05 00:46:00 | i bought a 250GB HDD and shoved it in a portable case, i dont know which one to buy so i bought the best one they had which was made from some werid heat dissipating alloy. anyways the case doesnt have a on/off switch and it doesnt have a fan like most portable HDD cases do. my probmen is how do i turn it off? after i safely remove the device from my computer do i just unplug the power cable? will thisdamage the HDD? cheers! |
