| 513263 | 2007-01-06 07:31:00 | Please excuse the long post . Having trouble with Eureka Family Tree program in that it will not load because of the following fault . "Exception in module EFTREE . EXE at 000B7437 . Error creating object . Please verify that the Microsoft Data Access Components 2 . 1 (or later) have been properly installed" When I run the Microsoft component checker on the machine it is unable to do an automatic diagnosis, I suspect because some programs that have been installed may have updated some components in MDAC and not others . The MDAC is not accessible by add/remove programs . Should I just try to reinstall the latest version supported by W98SE? The latest Belarc Adviser analysis follows . As an aside component checker shows what appears to be a huge number of registry entries, a copy of which follows the Belarc Adviser stuff .
