There should be a "readme" file included. This should tell you how to install.
Open your download and see whats there.

You mean Flight Simulator 2004/FS9 don't you. Flight Sim 4 came out about 1994.

Yes sorry. Have gone into the readme and nothing there. Will try the website suggested by Allblack. Thanks all.

513181 2007-01-06 21:51:00 If you like to tell us the names of the files in the Lancaster directory we can probably tell you where they go. JJJJJ (528)
513182 2007-01-06 22:09:00 If you're flight simming, as I have done for many years, Avsim is like the Holy Grail of websites.

There isn't a question you have that can't be answered there, though I will admit for a specific tech issue then the guru's here can't be beat!

513183 2007-01-06 22:13:00 Did you download the file as a zip file, which you probibly did. Unzip it with a programe called winzip into a temporary folder. If it has a self installer click on that and it should put it into the right folders. If not you well have to manually copy and paste them. The main Lancaster folder should go into rhe FS2004 Aircraft folder. If you have any gauges they should go into the gauges folder.
Check this article out on how to install aircraft into FS2004.
