513359 2007-01-09 08:14:00 motherboard???

You've eliminated RAM and HDD - that leaves the MB.

513360 2007-01-09 09:15:00 Any other cards or peripherals plugged in?

How about the power supply (PSU)?

Have you tried: FIXMBR from the repair console via booting your windows CD? Though if it was damaged you should either get an error message or it won't boot at all, still... worth a crack.

ahh well, I may have to try the HDD and Ram in the PC im using now, will try over the weekend maybe.... I really hope its NOT the M/board though, mind you I suppose either one or the other I still dont have a working PC :-( so thanks, will TOTALLY eliminate the Ram and HDD first, at least I can test those.

Thanks
