| 513930 | 2007-01-08 09:08:00 | Most ISPs will in some way....BUT it is not the ISPs you have to watch out for......It is those strange men in black suits...They are probably watching you right now..Check the soles of your shoes for tracking devices. | wmoore (6009) | ||
| 513931 | 2007-01-08 10:59:00 | Well when you signed up, you signed the contract allowing you them do so. thats stupid. how pothetic is it when people start having to look out for things in contracts that say "WE WILL READ YOUR EMAILS"... |

You don't read your contracts when you sign for something??? tut tut tut Their contract was not a difficult one to read. It was in simple text and was worded more or less the same as my old ISP, Quicksilver. No doubt that many other ISP's will have the same portion just so they cannot get their arses sued by users hoping to cash in on the suing trollop that is like in the U.S. (Sorry Joe) If you check most terms and conditions when you sign for competitions for example, you might realise that most of them will automatically spam you as soon as they get your personal details. Half the time no-one opts out or there is no way to do so. (Readers Digest is a good example) |

Rubbish, you think they have an army scanning your stuff for suspect content? Its to cover themselves. Considering one email I received and forwarded I should have lost my account ages ago then. |

| 513934 | 2007-01-08 21:00:00 | And they* definitely do NOT intercept your faxes, mobile phone calls, and landline calls. More over, they* do NOT use a vast array of computers (which is NOT called Dictionary, and does NOT belong to the wider ECHELON intelligence network) to scan for keywords in a certain context. And they* certainly do NOT belong to an intelligence alliance called UKUSA, which is NOT spearheaded by the NSA. * "They" are NOT the GCSB - Government Communications Security Bureau. And most emphatically, this has NOT been going on (in various forms), since "they" WEREN'T established on 1 September 1977. Just so we're clear... :D |
