| 514975 | 2007-01-11 16:37:00 | I've just recently recieved a Livebox from my ISP. When I put in the CD I get an option to "install Livebox for the first time", but when I click it, it brings up a help page, telling me how to disable my firewall... yet they are disabled. Windows firewall is never on, and my Norton Internet Security is completly disabled so I don't know why it keeps bringing me to that page. I'm not behind a router or connecting through a proxy, I just have a standard ADSL connection. Any help would be apprechiated. Thanks. |
