| 514209 | 2007-01-09 09:29:00 | Hi Another friend of mine has IE6 afew nights ago they did a Windows Update and installed IE7. They couldn't view any sites with IE7 so they uninstalled IE7. Now IE6 is doing the same thing, not allowing them to view sites. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this..... I told them to install Firefox but they want to carry on using IE... :badpc: |

| 514210 | 2007-01-09 10:11:00 | Hey. What error message did they get when they try to access websites on IE6? Have you made sure that "Work Offline" is not ticked under File? Has your friend inadvertently configured his or her firewall in such a way that it is blocked Internet Explorer from connecting to the virtual world? Cheers :) |

| 514216 | 2007-01-09 23:03:00 | hello, If they are running XP, try taking it back to a previous restore point, a date, that is previous to installing IE7. Keep in mind, some information, may be lost. or try running scandisk. cheers, Robby |
