515021 2007-01-12 21:29:00 Just been looking through all my Windows updates Jack and don't see one for Outlook Express and I'm up to date.

Trevor :)

Yes I've been noseing about too. My OE is still 6 and it's dated 2004.
What put me off was that as soon as IE7 arrived I started having trouble with OE. I also changed my ISP about the same time.
I now have OE set as default, but when it starts playing up I click on TB and that downloads the mail and fixes OE at the same time.

Strange as it may seem I like OE.(When it works properly)

515022 2007-01-12 22:20:00 What the hell, I'll ask the dumb question now- what's the difference between Outlook and Outlook Express? Had both on the PC, used outlook in the end... can't remember why. POP works fine on yahoo for this though...

Hey, this is my 100th post! Woo-hoo! (too early in the morning to spell one-hundredth correctly lol). So, where'e my gold star then? :D

515023 2007-01-12 22:22:00 I have never had a problem with OE.

Trevor :)

515024 2007-01-12 23:43:00 Microsoft Outlook Express is a scaled down version of some elements of Outlook.
Re Trev;
Lucky you. This does not mean this post thread was worthless.
