| 515524 | 2007-01-13 20:27:00 | I guess all PC World subscribers are getting a licence to NOD32 for 1 year. Does anyone have experience with NOD32? It has good reviews, but AFAIK, my Avast (which is free) works fine and it updates itself without me doing anything. Is there any advantage to changing to NOD32? |

I am happy with my Avast but would switch to NOD32 for a year if I got a free copy of it. And if, during that year, it performed better than Avast I would probably cough up for subscription to it. |

But the AVG interface is lot better then Avast (I have use Avast on one of our computers here & it was not as easy to config as AVG & it imo tend to be more confusing then AVG) My :2cents: PS; I have never use NOD32 so I can’t comment on it. |

And how do you know how well Avast is performing? I haven't had a virus, so I guess Avast works OK, but how could it work BETTER than that? |
