The problem was that the printer's original network card was defective. I went to the store I bought the printer from, and he showed me that if you take out the network card, then the printer only prints the first config page. Then I brought my printer's network card to the store and the man there put it in a printer that was working fine (and printing both sheets were print with its current network card). With my network card, however, the printer at the store only printed the first page. So the man at the store gave me another network card which I put in my computer at home, and the second configuration page printed, and I got my IP! Thank you again for all the help!
