| 517406 | 2007-01-18 23:13:00 | I had a notebook with Office 2003 Pro that got fried (out of warranty) and I went out and purchased a new one. I have attached the old notebook's HD to my desktop and all the data is intact and I can see it across my network. I have installed Office 2003 Pro on the new notebook. What is the best way to restore all my settings/emails/data etc... to the new notebook? |

Don't forget to turn show "Show hidden files and Folders" on. Tools -> Folder Options -> View Tab You might want to think about copying the users whole "Documents and Settings" area onto the new machine. |
