| 516819 | 2007-01-17 20:56:00 | I'm on Xnet and have been for about 3 months now. Only had a problem with the internet one night when it was really slow. Slower than dial-up but may have been out of Xnet's control. The next morning it was back to full speed. What sites are people pinging to test? Or is it in the game you are playing? I don't play games online so a bit of lag doesn't bother me. |

I think its quite easy to accuse the ISP of poor service due to high pings, or frequent disconnects. But its more likely going to be an issue with line quality, number of people connected to the exchange etc, which is out of the ISPs control unless its xtra. Look at the link in my signature for disconnect issues, some anyway. |
