Thanks guys, have been on night shift hence delay to reply. In summary turned off Zone alarm, still no go, set up new internet connection set to auto find server not use primary or secondary IP address settings as per paradise net orginal instructions. Hello back on line?? Turned ZA back on. firefox appeared to work OK but intermittent using outlook. deleted orginal network connection and re installed connection now working on either connections bothE Mail and surfing.
