| 517874 | 2007-01-20 20:12:00 | I'm using Outlook 2003 as my Email handler and have configured 2 of my home PCs to do the job. They working brilliantly until yesterday when I found out one of my PC (say, PC2) is behaving quite abnormally: When receiving emails (exactly the same email), PC2 is not displaying the correct font - with lots of '?' (question marks) and some foreign characters. PC2 receives and displays the same email with the correct font as it should be. I've checked and compared both Outlook configuration settings and they are having exactly the same settings. Where and what have I done wrong?:confused::confused::confused: |

| 517875 | 2007-01-20 20:57:00 | I notice that the correctly display PC is using HTML to view the message and the Incorrectly display PC is using Plain Text to display the message. As I've mentioned earlier, the settings are the same. How do I get it to display with HTML rather than Plain Text? |

| 517877 | 2007-01-20 21:17:00 | Good Morning, Speedy. Read the help file and it pointed to the Options / Format /Preference/ Email Options and uncheck "Read all standard mail in Plain Text" But it has been UNCHECKED. I just can't get it to read in HTML format. Have configured Outlook in both PCs to use Word 2003 as my text editor. Has it got something to do with Word? |
