| 518674 | 2007-01-24 00:56:00 | Hiya, i'd like to know how i can get all the emails that joe bloggs receives to be forwarded to john smith. I've tried adding joe bloggs' smtp addresses into john smith's email addresses tab but it says they're already in the organization (ie. two people can't use the same email address) so it wont add them in. using server 2003 and exchange 2003 any thoughts appreciated :) |

Go to the Exchange General tab and click Delivery Options. Under Forwarding Address select Forward to and then click Modify. Find the user who you want to forward the email on to and select them. Tick the box to deliver emails to both mailboxes. Done. If you want to forward emails to an external email address you have to add a new contact into Active Directory first then follow above procedure. |
