519459 2007-01-26 21:32:00 I am running Firefox and XP Pro. I use NZH as my home page but over the last week have found all the graphics and pix etc have disappeared. What I am getting now is merely the headings in text, down the left hand margin of my monitor. It re-appeared briefly a few days back but has now reverted back to text only. Initially I thought the Herald may have been having tech problems but it is obviously me, not them, something in the settings has changed. None of the other sites I visit have this problem. Any ideas on how to restore the full page ? I cannot see any obvious settings... bazmeister (3216)
519460 2007-01-26 22:21:00 What version of Firefox are you using? stu161204 (123)
519461 2007-01-26 22:39:00 Try doing a hard refresh of that webpage by going CTRL-R after it has loaded. If that fixes it, then empty out your internet cache in Firefox.

You are not using a ad-blocker extension? If you are, check to make sure you haven't blocked images from the Herald website. Does this problem also exist in Internet Explorer? If it does, then a 3rd party application (firewall/ad-blocker etc) may be behind it.

519462 2007-01-26 22:52:00 I would suggest that it would be something like Ad-Block or Ad-Block Plus. I always have to turn it off when I go to the Ferrit website so try doing that or like Jen said, empty your history and your cache. beeswax34 (63)
519463 2007-01-27 03:40:00 Thanks guys, for your input.

I am using the latest version of Firefox. I do use Ad Block and this has given me food for thought as I have been taking out some of the more annoying peripherals around the page.

Because of Murphy's Law, when I logged back on a few minutes ago, the Herald Page was there in all its full glory again, however I suspect this problem will re-occur. I now have a starting point to a cure...thanks again.
