As a new user I was up to about my 5th post before it was submitted directly to the forum without first being viewed by the moderators. Is that too hard to do on this forum? Woops, meant to put this on the chat forum,but it applies here too. |

| 1411237 | 2015-11-11 22:04:00 | The foreseeable problem would be the moderators don't work here full time and don't get paid to do so, they do have a daily life / Jobs. Anyone new posting would have to wait, and if the moderators were all busy could take a day or possibly more to accept or not. Some people don't want to wait and want solutions NOW ! |

| 1411238 | 2015-11-11 23:05:00 | The spam here really isnt that out of control. do the moderators have any real say in the way this forum is setup (?) Those forums that vet all new users posts are a bit of a pain. It can take days for the post to be submitted/allowed, then another 2 days for your response to replies, then another 1-2 days etc etc It makes forum 'discussions' near impossible for new users , making it all a bit useless for new users . Ive had that on other forums, people replying may not wait around 1-2 days for each of your replies in the topic you started. |

| 1411239 | 2015-11-12 02:01:00 | There's also the similar issue where you respond to a post thinking you are saying something useful, only to discover half a day later that 5 other people had already covered that and you were all sitting awaiting moderation. when the comments all eventually come through you get a bunch of people all saying the same thing who wouldn't have bothered if the first comments had shown up when they looked. | dugimodo (138) | ||
