Browse through the following location.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Schedule key and then delete its subkeys.
It is not there for me to delete.

You install Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.

Clean install about 2 years ago,

All updates up to date.
