| 1411051 | 2015-11-06 21:49:00 | I used to be able to answer these questions for myself lol CPU Minimum: Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent You Have: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz Is it the fact my i7 does not hit 3ghz the problem in this comparison? Will I need to actually upgrade for this game? I have an upgrade being planned out but no where near ready to go yet. |

Also the 920 is a popular overclocker so you may be able to squeeze some free performance out of it if it's marginal and you want to take the risk. A bit of quick google research indicates your 920 falls right between the 2 CPU's listed as minimum in performance so it actually should work. cpuboss.com cpuboss.com |

That's true most of the time, some games do actually use quite a bit of CPU power though and given the listed CPU's are stated as a minimum it's quite possible this is one of them. The i7 920 is more powerful than the Phenom II 945 though so again, should be fine. In any case it'll work, only trying it will tell you how well. |
