How about a wiring fault? :illogical Not possible :D I watched the video from start to finish and there was no sign of a power cord, let alone a power outlet. I wouldn't put it in a wall alcove though, with a power rating of up to 1800 watts it needs a lot of free air above it. I'll lay odds that it is not certified for connection to the supply in NZ.
