You only have to watch some of the TV programs relating to traffic or crime, read news stories --- Some have thousands in fines outstanding, and nothing is done about it. The police / or govt are soft on repeat offenders. |

Because this section of society also have a high rate of benefit dependency, and no matter how may fines they accrue they are only taxed the same amount out of their weekly gift of money. why? Because the jails are already full of their cuzzies, so no room to lock up people who don't pay their fines. Taking extra money out of there money gift will likely result in more crime which will go unpunished. Why? Colonisation. So, There you go, Root cause, Its the white mans fault for introducing civilization. Beautifully put, as usual. |
