Anyone who is telling the truth shouldn't have a problem providing links to articles, especially since the subject matter is something you feel strongly about . Because this section of society also have a high rate of benefit dependency, and no matter how may fines they accrue they are only taxed the same amount out of their weekly gift of money. why? Because the jails are already full of their cuzzies, so no room to lock up people who don't pay their fines. Taking extra money out of there money gift will likely result in more crime which will go unpunished. Why? Colonisation. So, There you go, Root cause, Its the white mans fault for introducing civilization. |
