1403150	2015-06-20 04:43:00	Really....yet to hear a good reason why that is so bad. It makes alot of sense as long as you dont get all lefty and blatantly anti gun about it. The parent can teach the kid safe gun handling. Can take the kid out to shouting ranges or out hunting . Can teach that its a tool not a toy . I was given a slug gun before I was 10, so were my cousins and some of my friends. My father & uncles & many of their friends all had guns, for hunting. What a sick society Look at all the farmers in NZ that have guns..and let their teenagers get used to handling guns.....what a sick society Total gun ownership in NZ is actually quite high as a % , what a sick society. Lets not get all prissy & anti US about this . Mass shootings also have happened in NZ & Aus , Europe, Middle East, all over. Its not just the US.you are missing one thing, it's not a right to have a firearms license here, it is a pri algae that can be taken away easily. Edit. You have the right to vote but you must be 18 and resident/citizen not in jail. Freedom of speech if you dont holocaust deny, yell Hi Jack on a plane. Right to drive if you pass a driving test. Freedom of movement unless the road is closed. Guns aren't illegal here its my god given right to own and use them in a legal manner. Guns dont kill people people kill people. At my country high school every male went down to the cop shop and sat the test and got a gun licence. Not sure if girls were allowed then to sit the test or not but I hope not.	prefect (6291)
