1403685 2015-06-26 08:46:00 Must be a slow news day.

How is this News, its nothing new. Aeromodellers have for years been making fly objects to resemble real life items.

Used to be a guy in the Wellington Model aeroplane club build that sort of thing all the time.

One was his witch on a broomstick, and it flew a lot better than that crash and burn clip, on average 5-10 minutes, used to be really good, to see it flying just as the sun had gone down getting dark but still light enough. :)

Here it is: www.youtube.com

And where this twit got his COPY CAT Idea -- Not his idea at all, the design has been around for years. Heres a much better flying lawnmower, loops and all :) Imagine this around the neighborhood :D from 2006 www.youtube.com

1403687 2015-06-26 11:39:00 Nothing wrong with making a post :) but Stuff needs to do some homework. The way the article is written its as if the guy invented it - nope ,just a copy of whats been around for years. wainuitech (129)
1403688 2015-06-26 21:02:00 Have to say I was disappointed in that article.
I expect an actual lawnmower, made to fly...but no, it is a lawnmower shaped object.

Meh.

1403691 2015-06-27 11:15:00 It may have been filmed doing a dozen flights adequately, but our trusty news hounds will only show the ding.
It fits in with their own performance.

1403693 2015-06-28 00:35:00 Now a 747 trimming suburban lawns, that would merit a couple of column inches . . . ;)
Or there was a conveyor belt involved . . .
