| 520399 | 2007-01-29 19:50:00 | I've been going through the comparison of these two versions, to figure out which one I need. I'm leaning towards Home Premium at this stage, except for one thing that I need clarified. Remote Desktop. In all the comparisons I've read, Remote Desktop is available in Ultimate, but not in Home Premium. Now does this mean that I can't log into my work PC from my Home Premium PC using Remote Desktop (which I currently do from the XP Pro PC into my work PC). Or is it the other way around - that I can't log into my Home Premium PC from another PC using Remote Desktop? Can anyone shed any light on this? Cheers, Mike. |

Unless MS make some kind of program (like they did with previous versions), but that only let other versions of Windows use Remote desktop from that computer . You couldn't access them remotely from something like XP Pro . |
