519765 2007-01-27 19:52:00 Hi
When ever i attempt to browse the trademe website on either firefox 2 or ie 7, it crashes after opening second or third links. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it. On the other computers in the house, trademe works fine.
Thanks.

519766 2007-01-27 20:32:00 You may have malware or some browser hijacker.

Since its only crashing on yours. Post a hijackthis (www.merijn.org) log.

Unzip the file first put it in its own folder, run it, then click on scan and save the log. Copy & paste the log here.

Get this file first (cexx.org)

From here (cexx.org)

Read the info in it, then run it after the following entries have been ticked in hijackthis and after u tick fix checked.

It looks like bps spyware & adware remover is causing the crashes.

Uninstall it.

Its classed as rogue software. The following entries below belong to it.

Then reboot, then see if IE or FF crash. I don't think they will. Make sure u run LSPfix before u try and get back on the net.
