| 523030 | 2007-02-06 00:30:00 | Hi guys, i installed Comodo Firewall and I like it. I also installed Comodo antispam, but it is too cumbersome in daily use since it asks senders unknown to your addressbook to key in a graphic code. So I removed it again. My Comodo firewall has created several open ports for Comodo antispam, as it sent out several files to the Comodo company. That is an issue I did not like about the antispam program too. Questions: 1. Does the firewall send info about me to Comodo, e.g makes me unsafe? 2. Has the one day test of Comodo antispam made me more vulnerable/ Should I go into the Comodo firewall now and close access. my computer is slower since I uninstalled the Comodo antispam........ And highlight the Antispam entries and click on remove. 1. I don't think so thats why its called a firewall. The only thing that'll most probably get sent to Comodo is a file you send if u think its suspect. 2. No, I don't think so. If u want to ask a question, they do have a forum (http://forums.comodo.com/) |
