My original HDD contains XP and is designated C: Vista is on a separate HDD and shows as G: when I'm in XP; it becomes C: when I boot to Vista. All OK so far. Now, as the bootloader setup by Vista is on the XP HHD, how can I change the two HHDs so that Vista is the primary and the old XP drive can be converted to storage ie format the disk etc.? What my question really is, if I remove the old XP drive, how do I now setup the MBR on the present Vista HDD so that it becomes C: ? Bryan. |
