| 524254 | 2007-02-15 12:18:00 | ok, not a bitter anti-vista post, but i do not see the point in a discussion where only one point of view is allowed. sounds almost religious... Hi, I dont think people buy Vista because of how it looks, but because of what it does! LOL yeah right! And he would be right i have had vista for over a week now and it hasnt crashed at all, Normally by now xp has crashed several times on me. how old was the xp install? my xp never crashes, so perhaps it was something you did to it? give vista a few months and get back to me. as for security, it's either secure, or not: hit or miss. just wait for all the hackers to begin to focus solely on vista and suddenly attacks on xp will drop (and i bet someone will say that makes XP more secure than vista) and from what i hear, vista is in itself spyware anyway. it has been pirated, and unsurprisingly not having all the 'anti'-piracy crap actually makes the pirated version better |

If I do remember rightly this thread was about running a Vista theme on XP until you came along and mentioned that you liked Vista yourself, so you cant really blame people for biting back. 'nuff said, but lets get this back on the track of theming XP. If you want to discuss Vista vs XP security, or what crashes on your machine, or how you setup XP / Vista then please do so on another thread ;) |

| 524261 | 2007-02-17 00:12:00 | Read what Chilling_Silence said. ;) But it will have this flash new GUI called heXGL donated by some obscure company called Novel... "My god guys- it's cube that spins!" :D :D "Ah Vienna..." reminds me of a quaint 80s pop tune for some reason, shouldn't they call the next one Wista? |
