| 524507 | 2007-02-13 20:02:00 | Anyone know how to print edge to edge? My printer is a Brother HL2700 colour laser, the file is a brochure (.jpg) created using Fireworks. Thanks |

| 524510 | 2007-02-13 22:08:00 | Hi Clarke. I have had a variety of home printers over many years and have never had one that permitted total wall to wall coverage of the paper. | Scouse (83) | ||

| 524513 | 2007-02-13 23:12:00 | Most colour laser printers cannot do borderless printing due to the way a laser printer works. I suspect yours is one of those. www.brother.co.uk This page doesn't advertise it as having this sort of function, so I doubt that it is able to print edge-to-edge. Hope this helps. |

| 524514 | 2007-02-14 01:50:00 | Hi Mets. As always - willing to learn. My favourite oldie at the moment is an Epson 440 - any advice welcome. Cant vouch for old printers, But the easiest way is to print via picassa2, It has a good old fashioned "full page" option, Plus a "crop to fit full page" if the aspect ratio is wrong, if that doesn't do it then there should be an option to adjust the margins within the printer setup panel, or in many cases an option to select "print to edge"..... As for lasers, Whats been noted above is most probably true, Ill fire up my bvrother laser later today and put her through her paces. |
