525305 2007-02-17 01:10:00 I installed the trail (60day) of MS Office pro 2007 and it was working perfectly until yesterday when i did a system restore to a point just after i installed it and now its telling me that my trail has expired but it has only been about a week since i installed it. I tried reinstalling it but it made no difference. Any ideas on what to do?

also when i go into Outlook express 2007 it says 'canot open default e-mail folders. the file c:\users\...\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outlo ok.pst is not a personal folders file.' after clicking ok it shuts the program down.

525307 2007-02-17 03:18:00 best thing to do is set your system clock to a couple of months earlier, then convert all your files back to DOC's .

Office 2007 is a radical change to the format that your documents are saved as and are not backwards compatible with all other versions of office,

there are some out there that say the conversion package can take care of this but after 3 tries on 3 different machines i found that this is rubbish .

either make the decision to move to the new docx format and purchase office 2007 or stick to the old one, although soon you will find people forwarding and posting in the DOCX format and then the fun starts . . . . . .
