| 525130 | 2007-02-16 06:42:00 | Hi i am on xtra go large plan for nearly 5 month. I am recently having a problem wit my adsl modem. My adsl light flashes too often. After turning on my pc, my adsl connextion stays for aroun 5 mins aftr dat the light starts flashing or goes off completely until i restart my pc. I called up xtra, they sent me a new modem, then they reseted my port and did line test. But still no result. My network is ok and quite new and i dont tink dis is a virus issue. | 525134 | 2007-02-16 10:25:00 | The Go Large plan has no effect on the ADSL connection. What does your modem say that your copper rate is? And what are the attenuation figures? |

| 525135 | 2007-02-16 19:31:00 | Lady here had that problem. Same - they sent her a new router etc etc. Eventually after I told her to ring them back and talk to a supervisor they sent out a tech who ended up changing the card in the exchange. End of problem. |
