| 524992 | 2007-02-15 21:00:00 | Using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. This morning a user came to me with an email. He tried to send a pdf that was scanned & emailed to him from the printer on to another party. An email came back saying: Your message Subject: "....." could not be delivered to some or all of the intended recipients. User<email@address.com> - (554 <email@address.com>: Relay access denied) I tried going into Exchange and disallowing Anonymous Users (as per this article support.microsoft.com), but that gave us other issues, as some programs we use require anonymous access to Exchange. What can I do? |

| 524993 | 2007-02-15 22:03:00 | Problem Solved - User had put in 2 suffixes - EG: first.last@xxx.govt.co.nz instead of govt.nz Easily overlooked when you're looking for something more complicated than that. |
