| 524995 | 2007-02-15 20:04:00 | Hi Peoples, Running Windows XP sp2, Firefox 2.0.0.1. I have this strange problem in that when I watch streaming video, most of the time but not ALL sites, the video plays at double speed. stuff.co.nz is an example of a site that all there video plays double speed. If I click on the video and adjust the play speed from normal to slow, it plays roughly at the correct speed but the video is a little jerky and the voices still have the sound of a chipmunk. I watch a lot of video from youtube and dont have the problem with any videos from there site. Has any one else encountered this problem, or can give me a fix  |

If you have one of those name brand boxes, it's worth trying. If you have a generic/home-made box, then it could be video drivers or possibly a codec issue. |
