526040 2007-02-20 02:47:00 1. I have installed the above and all applications are working well except Outlook 2007. If I go to Add/Remove Programs the dialogue says Outlook is "not available" (red cross on the icon).
2. Assuming I can fix the above and convert the installation into a perpetual licence what happens if the the computer crashes in the future and I have to re-install? Do I use the PC World disk again or do I burn one once I get setup? Is there likely to be any problem with re-activation?

526041 2007-02-20 08:40:00 The trial version of Office 2007 does not install Outlook if you have a previous Outlook version installed. This is because you cannot have two version of Outlook installed at the same time.

If you need to reinstall Office 2007 after you have purchased it, then you would just use the PC World CD again and enter in the registration code you were sent when you purchased the full version. Make sure you keep this code somewhere safe off the computer.

526042 2007-02-20 18:45:00 Thank you very much! I somehow missed that point. But now the question is how do I upgrade from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 and end up with all my folders and contacts intact if I have to kill off Outlook 2003 first?
