| 525858 | 2007-02-19 19:17:00 | I do 2 things . Ghost my C: Backup docs, install files, pics, accounts, etc etc to my portable HDD . Some of this also goes onto CD or DVD but I trust the HDD more . Nero is used to put stuff on the optical media . Windows Explorer is used for the HDD . |

You would need a small foder to copy to DVD,at least I couldn't the other day due to size. |

| 525862 | 2007-02-20 00:01:00 | I use Acronis to image my HDD to a DVD or a few DVDs spanned. I copy the files manually using Nero. Sometimes I just have some files to backup and not a whole new configuration (hardware or software). Creating image files each time so freq., is over the top for myself. |
