Altho here (support.microsoft.com) It says WORKAROUND To work around this behavior, select read receipts to confirm that the recipient has opened the message. To do this: 1. On the Tools menu, click Options. 2. Click E-mail Options. 3. Click Tracking Options. 4. Click to select the Request a read receipt for all messages I send check box, and then click OK. But I cant see 4 in mine. |

"Request a read receipt". The problem with read receipt is that its not automatic, the recipient is given the option if they want to send you or not .... they can just say don't send one and is still able to read your email. With my version not sure if it can be done with rules. |
